    Good Morning All!

I look at your food logs and wonder whether I am eating too much - you all seem to survive on next to nothing.

But I am meeting my calorie intake requirements (you are not really supposed to go below 1000-1200 cals per day for maintained weight loss). To create a greater deficit increase activity.:A

    Food Today:
Breakfast: A handful of cherries and Special K Red with skim milk
    Snack: apple
Lunch: HM Soup and slim tuna sandwich from Eat
    Snack:?
Dinner:? Will edit this post later to update.

My main prob atm is that I am getting home from work so late that I do not have much time to fit in any exercise. I am walking to and from the station so that is 4x10 min but that seem sto be my lot as of late (apart from the mad dash housework catch-up at night!)

Doesn't look as though you're eating too much to me Sayonee! What you've eaten there would be the equivalent of what I have on a day where I'm being very good! :P But then - I think I have the appetite of a grown man - so I'm possibly not the best person to compare to! (which would be fine - if it wasn't for the fact I'm a 25yo girl! ;))

    xx

Thanks for your good luck wishes :)

Well I lost half a pound this week, which I am gutted about, I have been so good this week and thought it would be more.

It is time of the month, so that is prob why, but it still feels crap :(

Don't be gutted, that's great! And you might find you get a good loss next week, when I used to go to WW if I'd been really good but there was little or no loss then I often had a good loss the following week.

I've had a lot of exercise this week and I'm taking part in an event tomorrow night called the Moonlight Prowl, so that will be a 13 mile walk. Fingers crossed the rain stays off!

Crap_with_money, I also seem to have the appetite of a large man :rotfl:!! As long as I don't start looking like one...

Went to buy some new clothes today, as all my clothes are FINALLY starting to feel too big. My skirt's are forever moving round so that the back ends up at the front, and my tops fall down at the front so i'm forever pulling them up and adjusting myself :rotfl:
I got the next size down and crossed my finger's that they would fit - and amazingly they did!!!!!!!!:j

I really need this boost, as i put on a 1lb last week on holiday ( i know that it cud have been a lot worse ) and i want to lose this week and not sts or put on!

Hopeing to go swimming 2moro with DD, so i know this will help loads, just hope that hubby doesn't put a spoke in the wheel and have to go out!

Anyway, have a great weekend all, and i'll pop back on monday with an update on my progress. :A

i was naughty last night had a beer and a chicken kebab  no idea how many calories but it was from an indian takeaway and was marinated chicken, lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, tomato and garlic sauce on a nan bread so i'm guessing alot
luckily i was good elsewhere food wise yesterday so am hoping i didn't go too far off track.
went to the gym this morning, did ten minutes on the bike at level 7 and then on the treadmill for ten minutes walking at 5kmph on a 5% gradient. Did 50 reps on the inner hip abduction machine and 50 reps on the outer hip abduction machine then 50 reps on the leg press all with weight of 25kg. Then i went for a swim, was going to do 1km but halfway through i realised i'd managed to put my bikini top on backwards :rotfl:
once i'd got out to sort it i couldn't be bothered to get back in so finished on 500m.
breakfast was cornflakes with 'the one' milk which i think is skimmed but tastes like semi skimmed
snack of 2 chocolate digestives :o
not sure about lunch and dinner cos i need to go shopping but not going till tomorrow so will be using up whats about in the freezer i think.

I was 100% yesterday with my eating and intend to be today and tomorrow as well. I am so hoping to stay the same this week after my pointless binge on Weds/Thurs.

Made beef kofta curry for tea last night which was delicious and making a spag bol for tonight.

    Have a great weekend everyone x x

Sorry for posting again but was just looking at what my food looks like written down, I have to say it is pretty dreadful but that is not even half of what I would have eaten before starting to eat healthily. For example, I would have got a large mcdonalds meal with a milkshake and a side order EG cheese dippers! then I woulda thought sod this I've had a bad lunch I'll get a takeaway for tea too! Sorry for the rant, Im actually happy with myself (weird or what lol) because its not as bad as I thought! Why oh why are we sooo hard on ourselves sometimes!
