Good luck from me too kindofagilr!!!
Binkyboo - i drink the flavoured volvic, i'm a bit like u too, plain water is boring, but this is defo better. I buy 3 large ones every week and keep them in the fridge, and refill a smaller one and keep it with me at all times.
Hope this helps.:money::money::money::money:

If you are going to do that then a cheaper (and less calorific!) way is to fill a large jug with tap water add the juice of a couple of fresh lemons and limes and top your water bottles up with that!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Ooh Dragon good idea! I've never thought of that.
I was doing well today, apart from a bit of popcorn at the cinema. We went to a chinese buffet after the cinema, I had chicken and sweetcorn soup then boiled rice and chicken with vegetables (but only a small portion). Didn't go to the gym today but did lots of housework and walking so I think it's okay.
Going shopping tomorrow for summer clothes, so that'll be lots of walking as well, and might go to the gym when we get back. Its TOTM so can't go swimming, but makes me feel a bit better about being so lethargic this week.
Hope you are all doing well!

look at it this way, if it is cos of totm at least if you are as consistent with diet and exercise this next week then you will have a much bigger loss next week!0 -
Well done on your loss Kind. At our class a few people didnt get the losses they were expecting but the consultant did say that some people retain water in the hot weather, add that to TOTM and that may explain it?
I have been beyind bad for the past 2 days after weigh in for no reason. Literally eating anything I could lay my hands on, god knows why I did it. I am going to have to be 100% between now and Weds to try and limit the damage with no syns at all and lots of exercise - eek!

I second binky!! To have any loss at totm is an achievement in itself! I'm usually about 3lbs heavier!! So well done you!! :T:j
Went to fat camp last night - it was actually horrific!I left about 10 mins before the end because I found it so tough!
Didn't really do that well at the old eating m'larky yesterday either:
B: Mullerlight yoghurt, banana
L: Thai chicken sandwidh from Greggs, and a packet of quavers1 (large) Bowl of porridge
S: 4 Crackerbreads!
I'm weighing at 9stone 11lbs today though which is good - cos it's beginning to feel as though my body just doesn't want to be any lighter!
How's everyone else doing today?

Good Morning All!
I look at your food logs and wonder whether I am eating too much - you all seem to survive on next to nothing.
But I am meeting my calorie intake requirements (you are not really supposed to go below 1000-1200 cals per day for maintained weight loss). To create a greater deficit increase activity.:A
Food Today:
Breakfast: A handful of cherries and Special K Red with skim milk
Snack: apple
Lunch: HM Soup and slim tuna sandwich from Eat
Snack:?
Dinner:? Will edit this post later to update.
My main prob atm is that I am getting home from work so late that I do not have much time to fit in any exercise. I am walking to and from the station so that is 4x10 min but that seem sto be my lot as of late (apart from the mad dash housework catch-up at night!)Birthdays are just an excuse to eat cake0 -
Morning all! well done on the losses so far this week & good luck to those facing the scales today/night.
B : Small box cookie crisp cereal, skimmed milk, 150g fresh pineapple
L : Large lettuce, tomato & cucumber salad with a tin of tuna and a tub of cottage cheese ; small carton of fresh orange juice
D : Birds eye thai chicken breast with stir fry veg.
S : Low fat yogurt.
Oh and to update my dinner last night, I had a mushroom chowmein which was lovely:D
Gonna try for at least 4 pints of water today and Im currently drinking a black coffee!
