Definitely try body pump. I go every week and really enjoy it. You can soon see the difference in your muscles too. It's pretty easy to master the routines and as soon as you have been a couple of times you will be building up your weights and getting in to the swing of it. Burns lots of clories too if you are doing it right!0

I would also recommend body pump. It really helps to tone you up, and the music and routines change on a regular basis so you don't get bored.0

Hi all! I have had a really good day! Too much bread, but calories/fat are good:D!
B : 2 x brown toast, Tin spagetti
L : Brown "pitta pizza" (Brown pitta bread, 30g ww cheese, 4 olives, tom puree, red onion)
lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber
grapes
D : half a portion mussels in garlic butter sauce (124 cals only - I thought that was good!)
1 tortilla wrap filled with chicken & peppers & red onion cooked in fajita seasoning
portion cauliflower
So all in all not too bad I don't think! also drank about 1.5 L water and 2 black coffees.
Im gonna have a shape yogurt now and that will be me for the day.
Oh & I also love body pump!

Well done on the gym Binky - especially when it's so hot!! I echo everyone else about Bodypump - it's definitely worth going along!
I didn't go to the gym last night!I was totally exhausted, and couldn't summon the energy - poor excuse I know - but I'll make up for it the rest of the week!
Not sure on this new diet - I'm actually weighing in heavier today (10 stone!!) And i feel really bloated! Suppose it's only been one day - so I'll stick with it for a while longer

Thanks everyone for the advice about body pump, i shall definitely consider it over the next couple of weeks but going to get used to going to the gym regularly first and keep on doing my own weights sessions at home.
I was starving this morning though after my workout last night and i succumbed to my only vice - cheese. But i made sure i weighed it out 30g was 113 calories so i had 2 slices of bread 202 calories and 60g cheese which equals 428 calories
nothing for me now till lunch time think i will probably have either salad or minestrone soup not sure yet, and dinner tonight is still a mystery so i will update later.
Gym again tonight possibly with a swim too if i have the time.
Hope everyone has a good day today0 -

Arggg why can't I motivate myelf to go to the gym? I'm going to study til 2 (with a break for lunch) and then I WILL go to the gym. Having lamb salad pittas for dinner, haven't decided on lunch yet, might have noodles with soy sauce veg and sesame seeds. Just had sandwiches for dinner last night as it was so hot, and I walked 3 miles to my friends house and back.
Hope you are all doing well
