    Hi,
I'm pretty new to the site, but I would really love to join in.
I have alot of baby weight to lose ( DD is 9mths) and I have put ON weight since she was born...
Am presently 14st exactly ( although if I weigh myself first thing in the morning this is usually a lb or so less ! lol )

Welcome to the crowd suseb! I understand that bairns can play HAVOC with your system! (sorry to say I have never carried a bairn to term, two abortions (one after gang rape) and a few miscarriages, but anyway as I was saying join in and blame any upward "blips" on the bairn!

Welcome to June everyone! I am not even going to mention how terrible i was this weekend cos that was May and it's been and gone.
Unfortunately i am starting June back at 10 stone 6lbs. I managed to put 1lb back on over the weekend.
Today shouldn't be too bad food wise because my cupboards are bare, guests over the weekend managed to eat me out of house and home
so this morning i need to shop for a healthy menu, clean up all the mess the house guests left behind, do about 5 loads of washing and get about 5 hours of work done to stay on shedule.
exercise wise i finally have my gym induction tonight so i will stay on afterwards and try and do an hour there to try out all the new equipment and maybe some of a dvd if i get chance.
Good Luck to everyone i will look forward to seeing how everyone gets on.

Have weighed in, starting at X stone 3 lb. Will hopefully get down to the lower stone marker before the first 2 weeks are up. Going camping next weekend with lots of other families, will be a boozy affair so need to do some damage limitation Mon- Thurs! Good luck everyone x
  • Morning everyone!!

How are we all on this bright sunshiney day?

I'm starting June off at 9 Stone 13lbs (Bah - humbug!!! - These weekend's will be the death of me!!)

Dragon - could you add my weight to the starting page please? I haven't a clue what I lost in May - so it would be a good way to keep a track on it - since I only have June to go 'til I need to be at target.

So I've 30 days to lose 6lbs and reach target - I'm off to start day one with a big bowl of porridge!! ;)

    xx

  • Hi Kindofagilr!! :hello:

Yeah it's fine to weigh whatever day you like! We all use the thread really in whatever way it suits best - if you find it would motivate you to post what you're eating then feel free!!

Binky - Good luck at the gym!! I'm sure you'll find it much easier than you'd expect!

I had my one-to-one with the personal trainer at my gym on Friday, so I'm good to go with a new diet and exercise plan - if anyone's interested in having a read I can post it later on?

    xx
