Well Dr Dragon took me to Boots and I weighed in (and BTW I do not like the new scales!), I now weigh the same as I did when I first came off the steroids so my weight for the start of June (can only weigh on a Saturday so my month starts here!) is ...

:mad::mad: 22 stone 13 lb aka 145.9kg :mad::mad:

First target - below 22 stone 7 lbs, then below 22 stone and so forth!

Hi Dragon - Ive been lurking but can I join in for June please. I have lost 45lbs since Nov 08 but have been plateauing for the last few weeks, so 7lbs in June would be a great boost.

Have had bacon (grilled and fat cut off) and scrambled eggs (made with a little skimmed milk) and loads of water so far.

Lunch - HM burgers (lean mince, onion, herbs, little vlf fromage frais to bind) with salad (no bread)

Tea - salmon and a load of veg

Starting weight **st 10lbs so hoping to be **st 3lbs by the end of June! x x

Afternoon everyone, wondering if I can join your group?

Finally got my bum in gear about losing weight to help me ttc so fingers crossed this will help me.

Currently weigh 268lbs/ 19 stone 2 lbs so 7 lbs in June would be a good achievement for me

Ok, I have been out all weekend and have eaten lots of fast food - chips, hot dogs, chocolate - and my stomach is complaining! Roll on 1st June...

Ooops! Ah well tomorrow is another day/week/month! Start over and ignore this last weekend!

I've got you Rotherham Lass! and as you say this month is OUR month (and by our I mean all of us 7 pounders!)
