Hi Lightisfading, don't worry I had about 10/11 stone to lose too. My first target is 100lbs (7st 2lbs) and almost halfway there.

Well finally i have something good to report, Weigh In this morning and i am 3 lbs down!
2 more weigh ins left in this month so i need 2lbs each week and i'll have reached tarrget for this month. I would be so happy to be under 10 stone when i go away so the rest of the month is going to need a lot of exercise and a lot of discipline!
Managed to get my shopping bill down by £20 this week too so definitly no junk in the cupboards to tempt me.

While I won't be losing another 7lb before the end of the month I do still have a goal - I'm really hoping for another 2lb this week, if not definitely by the week after. That would bring me up to a stone lost (and 3lb would make my 5% of body weight goal).
Had an okayish last few days - nothing too terrible but not wonderful either - so am going to try extra hard for the rest of the week til weighin on thursday. Have made my packup - big salad with quorn and a big fruit salad (erm and a WW choc bar ... but I work in one of those places that constantly has junk food around so it's better than succumbing to that temptation!).

I weighed in yesterday - another 2.25 lb lost :dance: so 5.25lb lost this month so far! :j Ohhhh and a pair of trousers officially to big to safely wear!:rotfl: (I've lost approx a st and a half since the beginning of the year including this months loss)
Food + exercise - has been mixed this week again - 2 blowoutsand not enough walking. I soooo need to eat breakfast EVERY DAY as not doing so put me at risk of binging which doesn't help!

I weighed in at 14st12.1 today - lost 1.3lbs this week and 7.7lbs this month in total:D 0.3lbs to go this month for my 8lbs total loss, Totm is overdue though and I've started the WW points plan (which means I'm eating more than before!) so not gonna put too much pressure on myself.
My plan for today:
2 LM veggie sausages 3
potato scone 1.5
tinned tomatoes 0
2 x bread 2.5
ham 0.5
cheese 2
nectarine 0.5
chicken chargrill 3
60g brown rice 3
stir fry veg, soy sauce,chilli 0

Well done on the loss taka - good start to the WIs!
I'm chuffed to bits to report that i am 12st10 on my home scales and have been that since yesterday when i had to weight myself... Started this month at 13st2lbs so seem to have lost 6lbs so far... about blooming time too!
We went to the park yesterday for a few hours to that excercise probably helped, and i managed to get 30mins swimming time this morning after taking kids to school so really happy with the way things are going so far. Still at home most of the time because of my leg, so think things will get harder when i'm "back to normal", but i think i can handle it this time!
