just a quick one from me today, beans on toast for breakfast, minestrone soup for lunch and probably tuna salad for dinner. aiming to drink 1.5 litres of water.
I have just booked a week long cruise for 3 weeks today!!! i am probably going to put back on all the weight i have lost in a week of constant eating and drinking but i am soooo excited now i don't think i care!
So i have 3 weeks to lose as much as i can so that i have some leeway to put some back on. Also the cruise cost quite a lot so i will be looking for some cheap meal options for the next 3 weeks so i can save as much as possible to recoup some of the cost.
hope everyone has a good day.

Well I had a rubbbish day yesterday - it started with a Magnum and finished with a whole packet of giant buttons  (and all sorts of rubbish in between). But today is another day so positive thoughts all round. I had yogurt and raspberries for breakfast and I'm away to make a ham salad for lunch. Tea I think will be a chicken stir fry.
This morning I went to my first body combat class, it was awsome! Then I did another podcast run, so hopefully I'll be able to make up for the thousands of calories I consumed yesterday .

Binky, where does your cruise go?
Carol, I hope you're feeling better today!
Penguin, well done on your loss, and keep going! 3 1/2 stone is v. impressive!

Have a good day everyone x

Wow :T:T:T Everyone is doing so well :T:T:T

My meal plan for today.....very simple

B: - 2 Weetabix, chopped banana and ss milk

L: - Jacket Potato, Salad and beans (No Butter)

D: - HM Chicken Fajita wraps with onion, peppers, lettuce and maybe some HM potato wedges, but might not after having potato for lunch as well

Got loads of fruit and veg in the fridge to snack on if I feel the need, and I've got my water cooling in the fridge. Got no problems drinking 2 litres a day

Hi Jodun, i am flying out to palma and then the boat goes to sicily, naples, sardinia, toulon, barcelona and then back to palma. Never done anything like it before so i am unbelievably excited, but the prospect of a week of food and drink 24/7 is starting to worry me a bit i must say. i will have to try and be good but week of not know how many calories is in everything is a scary prospect!

Sounds brilliant Binky! Just forget about the calories for a week, I bet the scales won't be as bad as you think when you get back!
  • Good evening slimmers:D!

Just wanted to come on with my menu for the day

B : Small box of choco shreddies, skimmed milk

    L : Same as yesterday!

D : mince and dumplings ready meal, brussels

    S : Yorkie biscuit

I was quite angry with myself for eating the yorkie biscuit but then I thought to myself why am I angry for eating a biscuit? lol. I did manage however to avoid the jelly sweets & giant buttons which were doing to rounds of the office:D! also managed 2.2L water today.

  • Morning all.

Binky - sounds like your expecting a good loss this week!

Kindof - Im sure that will be off and more next week, when I done slimming world I would always gain 1 week and then have a good loss the next.

L : 2 x brown bread; 2 slices of ham; 1 cheese triangle; small banana

D : salad made up of cherry tomatoes; cucumber; half an avacado; sweetcorn, tub of lowfat cottage cheese.

    Morning,
I didn't post last week as I was so disappointed with myself, I put on 2lbs,
So I have been trying to be extra good this week and i have lost the 2lb I put on and an extra one, so I am now 1lb less than my start weight ( if that makes sense!) hopefully this will continue !!
