just thought I'd drop by with todays menu!
B : 2 x Linda McCartney veggie sausages;tinned tomatos;1 potato scone
L : 2 x Brown bread ; small tub egg mayo ; cup-a-soup ; apple
D : Hot & spicy Birds Eye chicken breast; loadsa stir fry veg; garlic; chilli; soysauce
S : low fat yogurt
What are you all eating today?

Mine is pretty much the same as yesterday Nadine :rolleyes:, the only change will be that Dr Dragon and I will split a chicken breast with the stir fry this evening!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Hello, me again lol!
Have been thinking about my diet over the past week and if im completly honest, I dont think I have been eating enough, so I have came to the decision the as of mondays WI, Im going to start tracking my WW points properly. It just means that there will be more structure in my diet, Im still gonna try and stay off the crisps though!

Nadine, I am glad! I was beginning to think I was eating far too much. I used to go to WW, and sometimes it seems hard to use up all your points but it does work! Remember you can save them up for a treat!0

I done WW a couple of years ago and loved it, I lost 3 stone, The only thing is I get a bit OCD with adding my points up so just gotta see how it goes this time:D!0

Hi everyone, just caught up on the thread , & it's looking good, well done on the weight loss . My weigh-in today & i've lost 1 1/2 lb , I've kept up with the c/c , it certainly opens your eyes to what you actually consume. I look at everything differently now , changed bread to a lower calorie version & weighing food now , makes all the difference. Though at the weekend I stopped at my friends house & we went out, I did not c/c, drank & ate what i wanted , it' was good not to be constricted.
I work alternate weekends so when it's my w/end off i'm not going to c/c , this way i know i will not fall off the wagon.

Im back to work tomorowworking weds,thurs & friday 9:30am - 9pm boooooooo! I will be on in the mornings with my menus and thats about it:(
