    Thanks tesuhoha, the last couple of days have been interesting so I'm going to wait and see what happens. In a strange way it seems like actually it needed to happen but isn't as final as maybe it could be. We both agree it doesn't feel right and now we see the significance of what happened and the problems caused when we don't communicate. Because of this happening we're talking a lot more about problems and now the problems aren't really problems any more, which is what I meant that it needed to happen. Time will tell :)

    DAMN AND MOTHER OF GREAT !!!!!!! !!!!!! !!!!!!

    I am SOOOO :mad :mad: :mad: today :( I got a letter from my bank's litigation solicitors saying they have LOST my claim form for reclaiming my bank charges. This means I'm so totally gonna win by default now and they have CHEATED me out of my court appearance!! My friends were gonna be there and everything :(

    A few people have but nobody thus far is down the road as far as I am with my particular bank (RBS) for so much money, and I had 3 accounts with them and owe them money too. I was expecting it TBH :(

    But the banks havent actually shown up to defend at court for anyone as yet have they ( thus plaintiff winning via no defence?) I certanly wont be polishing my shoes for my "day in court"

    Aw thanks that's very nice :) Things seem to be working out now, this week we've spoken a lot about the problems we had and as I said, they don't seem like problems now. What happened definitely needed to happen and I think it's actually bought us closer together, strange as that sounds. We'll see each other this weekend so time will tell.
