This sort of thing really grates on me. The court sets the deadline date...they miss the deadline...the court does absolutely sod all! What's the point? Might as well just be handled by the CPS - They're just about as useful!

Hi Amos .... So sorry to hear your bad news. You probably don't want to discuss it too much but maybe it will just be that you both have some 'space' (although when I used to say that was what we needed to my first OH it meant it was over).

However you feel about it .. hope you have someone you can talk to to vent or commiserate.

Well I got notice today that Barclays (AKA To$$ers R us) intend to "vigourously" defend the bank charges claim I have made against them lol.
