Just had a look at their website and it is really amateur looking.

On the plus side, they do have an address so you could go round and speak to them in person if you are concerned:

    40 toyne street
    crookes
    sheffield

I'm not personally on the look out for chair covers myself at the moment, was just offering Paula123 an alternative as she is obviously concerned about losing her money!! Not all situations are best answered by writing off your money and booking a different supplier

mjgreen, I think you've taken what Linda said in the wrong way.

    Linda advised to try Ambience.

You then posted about a company, you didn't mention the name, but said the site looked amateur etc...

Linda then said 'Ambience?' as in asking, 'ambience has an amateur website/are you talking about ambience?'

And then posted what you did about Linda working for them, which I don't understand one bit.

What company did you mean when you posted the address and said the website was amateur?

Paula, not everyone gets the same service. Some agree service was great, some disagree. You can please some and all of that.
Best thing is if you are worried give your company a call. If you are concerned get a refund and try elsewhere. x

Sorry to interupt but I think there has been some confusion.

Linda, I think Mjgreen was talking about the previously mentioned White Lily, and then when you asked Ambience I think Green thought you were making a kind of "plug" suggestion, hence the do you work for them comment.

lol, some confusion and I'm sure it'll be sorted soon.
I have seen ambience at wedding fairs and thought how great they looked. (nice ironed whites and all) As I said, if Paula has any concerns (cos there are people out there who jump on the wedding bandwagon) then she should ask for her money back (if she feels J&R cannot/will not provide the service she's after) and try a new one. I certainly wasn't suggesting she throw money away after paying out on one company to then go with another. Not good MSE conduct at all.:D

Haha, so many crossed wires it's like spaghetti junction!!

I was indeed referring to whitelily's website, looks really shabby, one to avoid and provided their address for paula should she want it.

Ambience's site is much more what I would be looking for (and will be in next few months), looks much more professional, and hence trustworthy.

My comment was just cos you had mentioned Ambience a few times Linda, no digs intended honestly.

Hope that clears things up and I hope Paula gets either her chair covers or her money back!
