29, work in Investment Management in London. Basic £52k, plus potentially that again in bonuses. Not had that yet though. Hours are ok. 8:30 - 5:30.0

Retired 6 months ago, was working as a chief engineer on oil tankers, was paid in Euros 5,760 per month working 3 months on 3 months off paid every month.
By UK law if the work is outside UK waters and you visit ports outside the UK and you are more than 6 months per year out of the UK you are not liable for income tax.0 -
i run a small security sub contracting business from home.I pay myself a wage of £1250 pm and then take around 24k as dividence each year.
The only benefits are that i love working for myself and that my hours can be flexible if i need them to be.
