I can't tell you how depressed I am reading the last few posts.
Is it too late for me to get into accountancy!?0 -
Thanks for replying!
So do you know a lot about coding or anything?
That's really "out of the box" for me - I don't know how difficult that is, but for close to a decade I've been doing nanometre integrated circuit design for safety critical systems and I'm still under the 50k mark. I can't begin to tell you how !!!!!! I feel now.0 -
I am in accountancy. Earn £30k with good benefits, and i really love the sector. It takes years to become fully chartered, and its very expensive. The question though is will it pay out in the end? It depends where you are, and the realistic work life balance. Big money comes with big commitments, and I have seen many people burn out way too young. I would love to be a consultant, that looks like a fab role.0
