Junior Web Developer, Surrey. £22k. At "upper" range of Junior skill level, with a 1st class degree.

Only benefit is WPA top-up (reimbursed on NHS costs e.g dentist and eye exams).

FYI, that pay is very much at the lower side of junior. Last junior I hired started on £24k with only 6 months experience. That was also in Surrey.

If you have to enquire, you're in the wrong place. Time to look for a new job.

Obviously there's a bit more to it than that, but if salary increases are what you're after, that's the way to do it.

Interesting to read about everyone's jobs and salaries.
I'm 25, a Speech and Language Therapist in the NHS working 37.5hrs. Currently on £25,733 pa (in London so this includes High Cost Living Allowance), employer pension contribution of 14% and a tiered pay structure with a pay rise every year.

Just started my new job as a customer relations case handler £16,800 37.5hrs a week. Temp 6 month so no benefits until I apply for a perm contract in 6 months time but accrue holiday as I go. However, good benefits once I'm permanent.
