Racist crap on these boards

That's me, I'm done. It's bad enough when we can't move in here for anti-immigration threads and hate threads, but when you try and make a stand against it and you're set upon by the BNP supporters and even a board guide (who I feel also harbours BNP sympathies and I know dislikes BTLers), then it's time to go.

I will give you one last prediction, and it's not to do with house prices or the economy - it's about this board. Unless martin and the team take the racist overtones that pervade this board seriously, then it will continue to grow until it results in this board being deleted. With misskool as a BG you don;t stand a chance.

Cheerio, and enjoy the 'I hate foreigners' crap from the likes of dervish and ultra10, etc.

As a final parry, I have for most of my life been subject to racism due to my ethnicity so it is quite laughable that by choosing to allow free speech, I have now been accused of being a white BNP supporter (I am not a white male). I have an interest in house prices and I have no loathing for BTL, in fact, I see it as a good business preposition if managed correctly but is very emotive as it involves people's homes.

My guestimate is that board traffic has fallen about 70% in the past month or so: I used to wake up and log on to 2 pages of unread posts and skip over pages of stuff because there was too much. Now I wake up and in the best part of the day's posts there are maybe half a page of unread stuff and rarely more than 20 posts on a thread I haven't seen.

Too much chat about racism - 'I hate migrants', 'You're a racist' etc... It's boring and the points have been made in triplicate at least.

We didn't start the Flame War (be warned - it's rude).

That would be a big shame, DD, and a loss to the Board. I think that the racists are just on the border of being ppr'd.

I would be really sorry if you went, and that would just leave higher proportion of racists!

From the posts I've seen those that hold what could be seen as racist views are drowned out by the rest, who don't hold those views.

People are allowed to express their opinion, I have no love for the BNP but their supporters should be allowed a voice, even if it is so others can disagree with it.
