It was her first order on her own account yeah, and nope, she didn't change the address.

It's actually more confusing that they refuse to give a reason..
This thread has me so pumped, I headbutted my dog and we both screamed.

Received my freemans statement today and credit limit increased to £1950 from £1600. That is all my catalogue accounts had credit limit increases in the past month. I wouldn't care but the balances on them are small and there is not way I would max those limits.

JD Williams increased my limit from £500 to £700 so in effect, i've had a £100 increase per month since inception.

BTW I always buy something small on my account and pay in full. Is this the approach everyone takes?

I've had mine 3 months, My limit has gone up £100 each month and my account has been pretty much maxed out as there's been things I need. Although I intend to pay the whole balance off next month.

Aslong as you're making minimum payments I don't think they're actually bothered. (so it seems)
