Well, we've still had no viewings on our house despite a price reduction. I dont know what to do - we are off on holiday in 2 weeks time, ive no doubt a change of EA is in order because im not sure our current ones are doing anything but do i get potential new ones in now and then i can give my notice to the others this week if i find one who i think will do well? If i did that effectively the change would take place the first week of our hol, so do i wait?

Getting fed up of this whole thing. we need to sell and move to a bigger house. we're falling over each other here!

I think it’s a mistake to think that in a slow market you just reduce the price until you start to get viewings. If the viewers/buyers able to proceed aren’t there, then they just aren’t there.

You don’t really want viewers who are sight seeing timewasters, and I guess you don’t want to reduce to the point that the vultures turn up.

Unfortunately they will all tell you optimistic things to get you to sign up with them.

I’d think it all over while on holiday.
