mon1o - my friend suggested the same! There are people doing just that on facebook! They started a group to make sure they had enough people interested in buying tickets and will sell them when they get to a minimum ammount of followers!

runs off to find the fb group.........:rotfl:

Congratulations to you Calmspirit - I cannot imagine how you must be feeling - crack open a bottle (or two!) on second thoughts maybe you should do some packing first!

STILL waiting for insurance company to give the go ahead for roof repairs - now we are being harrassed from all sides to say when we will be in a position to exchange/complete. If our buyers and vendors had not played around so long we would not have been in this position (not meaning to be horrid but the house would have belonged to new people when the lightning struck!)

Enjoy your day, you have waited long enough

thank you for all your kind comments....and most of all for your support through all of this.....

more than 2 years..a reduction from 168k to 149k....sold at 145k so probably realistic....having said that even when I reduced to 149 which was a good price for this area, I still didnt get viewers through the door, I reckon that was due to being on the market for such a long time.

Annoying thing is I have had 2 couples knock on my door in the last week asking if they could view!

I will be back with wine glass in hand later this evening!
