Doesn't sound hopeful with regards to our viewing this morning, EA said they loved the house, but aren't sure if they're moving back from living abroad in the next few months or years and they're not sure if they want an investment property in the meantime!!!! Why bother coming to look then?? They're just on holiday and wanted a bit of a nose I reckon, I can't bear having my hopes raised and dashed like this. It's good I don't do our viewings, I don't think I could hold my tongue!

When I was buying a empty property I exchanged in a week, and that was with a mortgage perfectly feasible in two! It really does not have to take that long, especially if the hip is new, its a couple of enquires between soliceters, and a mortgage offer, jobs a good un!Pawpurrs x0
