Just make sure that your drawer fronts don't fall off when the viewer opens them.
Very embarrassing. Bit of no more nails and it was all better again!

Ocalllo - (virtual) tea and (real) sympathy from me. Who knows though - they could find a buyer quickly, you can never tell!

    Updates:

JW - on the market 4 weeks, 3 viewers, 3 offers, 1 agreed but they pulled out, current offer on the table is too low, we are prepared to meet them half way but I'm not sure if they'll come up

Latest update - last offer made about 10 days ago, we said no and they have sat on it since. They came back today with a higher offer which we have accepted so fingers crossed

Hooray! Well done on holding your nerve. I'm not sure I'll be able to do that. Fingers crossed all goes well from here on in!
  • Hello, thought Id add my 20 quid to the pot!

We have had our flat on market for nearly a month. 3 viewings, last lady liked but has opted for a slightly larger flat. We are busy decorating and preparing to put in new kitchen in new year. If we have to live here, it might as well be nice!

EA said market very quiet. Well, I figure if you dont have property on market its definatley not going to sell. We might get a buyer. Keep being persistant me thinks. We cannot afford to drop too much off the price.

Thanks for that, I totally agree about energy saving bulbs. Will put lights on sooner rather than later to give them time to warm up.

    We did that too :)

I did think I would be a nervous wreck but I found them a bit abrasive on the viewing, which irritated me something rotten so that definitely helped :D
