Its right to wait.
I know how tempting it is to start viewing, I have my shortlist on RM at the ready but until an offer is accepted on the flat im selling.

Im not letting myself view anything and fall in love with it without being able to make a proceedable offer.

18 months of what I can only call hell .... finally exchanging in the 3rd chain.

Like I read earlier this year from KYMIE - it will finally happen (problem is you just want to know when!!).

We got another offer today - 2 within 24 hours!! This one only marginally higher than yesterdays but now the EA is going to play them against each other & see what happens. As we've already dropped the price by 11%, I dont want to drop too much more - 5% maybe. Equally, I dont want to push too much & lose a sale - a bird in the hand & all that.
