    Hi Potty
No nothing came from the 'drive by' viewer :(

    How's things with you?

Hi Mumof4, hopefully this Easter weekend will bring out some more "drivebys" for you ??!!!!

Thanks for asking, ok I think!!!?

Had the survey on our house yesterday which is amazing as its 2 weeks to the day we accepted the offer so moving very swiftly ! Hopefully it wont be down valued but as we had it valued last September and everything was fine then it should be ok now (prices have gone up ???!!!!).

Got an IFA coming to our house on Thursday hopefully for us to "redo" our mortgage offer on new house we are buying. Had all the legal docs back from solicitors which we have had to do all again - bit of a pain and dejavous !!!!

Its that time of year when houses sell so fingers crossed for everyone !!!

Yes you can change your pics on the HN site, not sure how to do it though!

Thank you for the feedback. We we're originally on the market for £124,500 (valuation given by 3 EA), but didn't get a single viewing, when we had it valued again last month it was valued at £120,000, we're hoping to get £115,000 which isn't bad considering we only paid £21,500 for it 22 yrs ago :D

Gosh 22 years ago !!!! You're ready for a fresh new start in new house then !!!

problem is that im very very shy so if someone actually did come up to me while wearing it i would probably run away LOL

we are also renovating the bungalow that we have just purchased as well as getting married in 66 days. i think life will seem boring when its all over with ha ha

really need to get the house sold as 2 mortgages and a wedding is really taking its toll now. but i dont want to sell the house for a silly low price just to get rid, im clinging on with my finger nails for the best price lol

    open to ideas

just thought i would say hi  We put our house on the market a couple of weeks ago on the Tuesday and accepted an offer on the Fri. The couple buying ours have no other property and a mortgage offer so we are hoping things should not be delayed. We then found a property we loved on the same Fri and had an offer accepted on the Sat, this property is end of chain. So we have the smallest chain, which should (fingers crossed) stop it all getting complicated.

Things had gone a bit quiet in the last week so we have today checked with our EA, apparently everthing is going ahead fine and we need to stop worrying :rotfl:

Wow, some things are moving, some are absolutely static. I don't know which I'm going to be. I had my EA round here today taking pics, and the HIPs bloke measuring at the same time, and I've got an email to the HIPs thing to do now. I've spoken to my mortgage provider, the Nationwide, in case I do want to port the mortgage after all (I'm downgrading, and I might be able to not have a mortgage at all). Everything's on the go, I just need to get that HIPs form done myself, and then look at some properties that *I* want to buy - tho I have seen one I quite like, thats even in the area I want to buy in.

Well, I had 4 more EA's around today after yesterdays low, low valuation. One of them quoted a full 50% higher! The others were about 30% higher than the first.
We hoped to go on the market next week but I'm told 'everyone's off skiing' so no buyers around until about the 15th or when the schools go back.
I've already done a DIY HIP so now it's just deciding which agent to go with - eeny meeny .......
