    Not sure about ones who came last night, have 2 more today and 2 more so far for the weekend.

    Board has already been pulled down and put on another house. Not sure how long it will last if they put it back where it was originally.

    No feedback yet from last night, although they did say that they didn't really want to do up a house again after their last one and ours needs some work. (mainly decor).

    Been on the market for 3 weeks and had 3 viewings.

    Decided to knock £2k off the asking price to see if that will drum up any more interest.

    Thats 2 more than we've had, although we've only been on the market for 2 weeks

    Let us know if the price drop attracts more viewers

    Been on the market since November. had 2 viewings, second one put in offer that we accepted, changed sign to 'SSTC' got completion date of February. They dropped out. back on market had one viewing that nothing came of.

    so your all doing better than me.

    But our town is very slow with houses at the moment so im not too worried just yet

    Definatly. Will keep you updated.

    Checking the stats on the HM site, we seem to be getting a lot of hits, but not converting into viewings.

    If I was to post the RM link, would anyone be kind enough to give a few pointers?
