  • oh i see. i cant see our hospital being bothered we don’t even have a A&E department. Its really just for people who are dying and the mentally ill. There are hardly any staff and they wont hire more. We are campaigning to even keep it open. Like I said I have managed to get a poster into the staff room already.

But i will try, worth a shot.

    Thank you

Response from first viewers was that house was over priced (in fact they said that they couldn't even see where that price had come from)

Still had no details from EA, not on their website or RM.

Apparently they have had lots of interest and people wanting details - hope they don't get fed up waiting.

I am selling a house I have inhierited, not really in any rush to sell and its quite an individual house. Thought we would try this price, will wait for a few more views before making a change.

It's been 10 days now since our last viewing and almost a week since we dropped our price (3 weeks on market in total). Very frustrated at how slow everything is.

EA trying to reassure me by saying that not every buyer is on Rightmove every day like me!

Just had feedback from the last viewer. They liked the house, liked the price but its not in the right location for them.

Im getting a bit stumped to be honest! 1st one said he didnt like it being over 3 levels - Pretty obivious it is when you view the listing, and the 2nd one said its not the right location! Dont people check these things before viewing!!!

I know what you mean. Our last viewers said that if they could "pick up the flat and move it" then they would (it is on a pretty busy road).

It is frustrating for all the reasons you have said. Maybe they just didn't like it and are letting us down gently. Kind of like the property equivalent of saying "it's not you, it's me" :)

Thanks - I wish my EA would just say that to me. I think I got excited by 4 viewings in the first week and just assumed it would continue.

Someone on here before said that their personality is not cut out for selling because they are not in control - that's me too!
