    HI,

I think it really depends on your area and house/flat. It seems 1 bed flats are more difficult to shift in some areas.
Have you asked for EA feedback? are you getting viewings?

p.s Not sure it's that depressing -house prices rise/fall..just depends where you are in the cycle and when you bought. I doubt prices will continue to have the rises we have seen over recent years so buyers will need to reset expectations.
  • unfortunatly it seems my house is in the middle. the first time buyers cant get a mortgage to get on the ladder and buy the small houses which means the people selling them cant 'upgrade' so to speak to a family house like mine.

its getting to spring so things will pick up.

    keeping my fingers crossed

They must have employed someone new! Much better I'd say.

Why not contact the HR at the hospital to try and create interest?

A viewing on Friday with nothing to sell from a couple of miles away so fingers crossed.

Rode past the house of one of my last viewers at the weekend and theirs is not just 'unsold' its not even on the market:mad:

So these will be my 11th set of viewings since September (9th set since the sale fell though in November).

Because some HR departments who know that their staff who are looking for nearby accomodation might be willing to put forward your details. Some might not, but it's probably worth a try.

My company, for example, take on lots of univerisity graduates who are moving a long way from home, and they take the time to research the local property market and help out with finding somewhere to live when they first move here.
