Dont touch them they promised me a refund 500 quid but after agreeing to refund me they now say they wont and are quoting small print which is complete fabrication anyway. Scam springs to mind..oh yeah the solicitore they recomended me too stopped dealing with them about 4 months back.

Jeeze, I always find these sites too late!!! They are another firm who deal with promisses of helping you out they make false statements then take ages then refuse your claim & then refer to some small print why you are not going to see your guaranteed refund.

I heard about this company on the radio last week..... sixty second claim dot co dot uk aka: kerobo.
I rang them up and apparently all loans done before April 2007 are potentially invalid because people were mis-sold the loan / PPI over the phone. This company say they have a 100% success case record against the banks at the high courts.
They look at my loan and my case and if they're solicitors think they'll win in court against the Abbey then they'll take on my case. After that I have to pay a one off payment of £401.35 for the Audit report then they go to court against the Abbey. They say they make they're money from when they win the cases and if they do lose I get all my money back.
I don't know if this a good thing or not and I'd like anyone's advice please? I've read on another forum somewhere that these companies don't mention anything about trashing your credit rating in the process of winning your case at the courts etc. Is this true? I don't know who to believe? Please help!?!?!?

don't touch them.their claim of no win no fee is rubbish.they took over £3000 up front to deal with three claims,2credit cards and a bank loan.told ahead of starting claim i did not take ppi but still took my money then said could not take forward due to no ppi.one credit card they said could not be enforced and to stop paying bill resulting in being hounded by credit company.2nd credit card eventually said that as the cc company did not reply in 12 days not enforceable.end result i contacted the ministry of Justice for help and they said that i should write to cc company explaining that the company (craftability ltd aka kerobo)was in breach of contract and as under section 75 of credit card act they were jointly liable and to refund the total amount taken.if i can help anyone from going through what i have since march i will.cheers janice0

Well I spoke to the MoJ this morning and it is likely that their permission to operate will cease once the last punter is dealt with to the MoJ requirements.
Now, Section 75, I paid Kerobo by credit card and I understand that there is a consequential loss section and this interests me as I would like to get back the losses that I have had over and above the credit card payment. Anybody tried this?0
