Maybe we could do ebay style bidding to see which one we get! :rotfl: My Liv would probably choose Charlie - she loves toddler sized babies, they're much more fun than her own sister!

I really think that'd be a great idea - somewhere central enough for as many of us as possible, even if its just one night away! We could have a glass of wine or two, just to be polite!

Been looking into it and I think BPA bottles are only a (possible, not proven yet) problem if you heat them up in the microwave, either sterilising or heating the milk. I don't do either so not to worry.. :)

I had to give Charlotte an urgent lesson on the pronunciation of the word mince. She was eating her tea and said "mmm eating the minge":rotfl:
Just before Christmas last year, my sister was telling me she'd bought my parents each a little tin of mince. Seemed a bit odd, but even odder when she told me that Dad's had a picture of some puppies on it, and Mum's had some kittens.:confused::confused:

Then the light dawned: she'd bought them each a little tin of MINTS! :rotfl:

Is there such a thing as a pram mat? My hallway is getting really grubby when I'm bringing it in out of the rain. Something washable would be ideal. What do you all use?
Turtle mats are fab! They really are washable and tumble dryable, they stop the muck just like that, they don't ride up at the corners, and they are cotton (can't be doing with 100% polypropolene!) You can get cheaper, and they might be fine, but I can vouch for Turtle mats doing what they say on the tin. ;)

You are putting Rhys in dresses  :rotfl:
I used to have DS1 in nighties ... he was a summer baby and it was easier to change his nappy in the night then if I had to extract legs from a sleepsuit and put them back in.

I am whispering because he is still drifting round the house NOT getting himself to bed, but he has to get up EARLY tomorrow as he is going camping in the Lake District. He didn't believe me when I said it always rained in the Lake District. Oh, and he only went to buy walking boots this lunchtime, seemed to think he could go up Scafell in trainers!

I have lent him my waterproof trousers, but I'm hanging on to my cagoule, he's had to buy his own. I offered to lend him mine at first, and then I looked at the weather. :rotfl:

see I think that is weird :o You pick an outfit to match your handbag ... not your shoes :rotfl:
But surely your shoes match your handbag anyway?

but I always use the same handbag....
I don't often carry anything I'd describe as a handbag! I have a selection of shopping bags, mostly pink, with multiple choice pockets. Cue bafflement when I tell the boys "My purse is in the pocket of my pink bag," although the MOST confusion was when I told DS2 there was a Cornish Pasty for his tea in the pink bag, and I was referring to a small pink coolbag I keep in the car for emergency shopping, not one of my regular bags.

your not the person I thought you were
I have about 80 of them at last count, but they are all different sizes and shapes and colours and sparklyness etc..... :o:rotfl:
That is a little extreme ... IMO.

We recently had a Clothes Swap evening at church, to which I contributed several bags. Now I keep seeing 'my' bags with other people. :rotfl:

I know, Chris told me that I have no need for 18 black handbags !!! In all fairness, they are all a little different
I wouldn't be able to remember HOW they were all different! :rotfl:

now shoes are where I'm at, last count was 60 pairs plus almost 10 pairs of trainers
I have been trying for ages to convince DS1 that he NEEDS more than one pair of shoes. I insisted on getting him a new pair for his graduation because his old pair were really scruffy. And now he's bought his walking boots, so until his last pair fall apart he'll have 3 pairs of things to put on his feet! Oh the agony of decisions ... how will he cope? :rotfl:

Fortunately DH agrees that everyone should have more than one pair of shoes. I don't have that many, but I did have a bit of a sandal shopping spree a couple of years ago, and then I started to need my insoles supporting so I can't wear most of them regularly.

you also get a thing from boots that helps clear babies nose, it looks like a big dropper but you squeeze it and it clears the gunk. i had one until OH used it on his car lol!
 Did it clear the car's nose OK? :rotfl:

My birthday is in January, so I ask for money from my mum and sister and try to get a new one each year !!
 I thought you said you had 80? Even if you only get half a handbag from each of them, and even if the handbag fetish started REALLY young, you can't possibly be THAT old?:rotfl:
