    Hi all.. :o

I see Sami has been keeping you up to date on my dramatic entrance into the world of mummy-hood.. Don't quite feel like I'm there yet - Rhys is still in SCBU and very very poorly (and getting worse, if I'm totally honest) - but I just wanted to pop my head in and thank you all for your good wishes.

I have been lurking for a while - needed to know what I was letting myself in for! - so thanks also for all the help you've given me without knowing it :)

Going back to lurking for now.. Hoping to join you all properly in the future xx

thanks for popping in elle, you know we're all thinking of you and rhys :)

    morning all,

DH has decided that I can't dry pail the nappies anymore cos it makes everything else in the wash smell of wee :rotfl:

I can't work out if it's cos I didn't put nappisan in or cos I washed on a 'quick wash' setting

fergie's done nearly 3 weeks now of going to sleep by 8, dream feed at 10.30 which we wake him for and then wakes between 5 and 6.30.

Any suggestions about when to drop the dream feed?

Just off to work out what to give guests to eat over the weekend! :)

choc, making toast himself, that is too cute!!

our flat is boiling, we've had seth in his vest and a lightweight sleeping bag from tesco for the past few nights and just wearing a vest in the day :o i'd say its brilliant cos it cuts down on the washing but i'd be lying cos his reflux has got so much worse this week, poor little man.

we get poo breaches quite regularly, usually cos OH doesnt smell the poo (HOW??) and bounces him around - eeeeeeeeeeeeeew!!

oh elle, ((((((hugs)))))) my thoughts are with you, i cant imagine what you are going through...

after a couple of weeks of clingyness and whingeyness i had a different baby yesterday, i went shopping with a friend and he was lovely around the shops, lovely while we had a pub lunch, then we met OH from work and had a drink in a nice sunny beer garden and he was lovely again, and then when we got home we put him on his baby gym while we ate dinner and he fell asleep on his own  its the first time since we brought him home from the hospital that he's actually fallen asleep on his own, so proud! and now i've realised i sound like an alcoholic :rotfl: i only ever drink diet coke btw!!
