I think its important to get them into good music from the start anyway ;)
I grew up listening to deep purple, white snake et al.

Agreed! I used to listen to Kings of Leon or The Killers, loud, in the car on my way to work and it used to make my baby dance in my tummy! She still likes it now.

He is really starting to master this rolling over lark too...although sometimes he gets his little arm stuck! Thing is, once he has rolled over onto his front he decides he doesn't like it and screams to be turned back!!

Mine too - but she's just about getting the hang of rolling herself back now!

Never thought to use the stamps for my ebay parcels (doh!).
I went to the cheerful post office this morning, I only had 7 parcels, but they couldn't have been more miserable!
Hope all of my other buyers pay tonight so I can take the remaining 26 parcels tomorrow - that'll make their day! :D

Had a blonde moment earlier - I was just about to book the ferry for our hols to Dublin next month. When I realised, Violet hasn't got a passport or any other photo id!

Where do you go to get baby passport photos done? or do I hold her above my head in a photo booth! :rotfl:

I don't think children need a photo id to Ireland ? We went recently to NI with no photo id of DS - we did take his birth certificate just in case.

We travelled on Norfolkline - here is what they say:
    http://www.norfolkline.com/EN/FAQ/Passenger_ferry/#FAQ14
    Irish Sea ferry crossings

All Passengers aged 18 or over must produce photographic identification in the form of a valid passport or valid photographic EU national identity card or valid photographic driving license or valid police warrant card/badge or Citizen Card or a valid Government-issued identity card at Norfolkline check-in.
    The IVF worked;DS born 2006.
  • 3 - we tried the photo booth and it was a nightmare there was no way we could use the pics! so we took Ruby to a local photo shop ( Klix) but most of them should do it and it was £5 for 4 pics they did it no problem:p

Awww. Postal surveys are already subscribed in my area, so they don't want me :-(

Maz - that other link would be handy, thanks.

Lu T they do keep you on file I think and when a vacancy comes up you get contacted I think.

The other link is below, some of them are quick surveys and others take half an hour or so but I usually do them when LO in bed. Theres a thread on this I think as well in the freebies forum,

Thanks for that - i'll look into it. I was looking on Irish Ferries and Stenna Line - and looked in the T&C's for another reason (long story, i'm booking for me, OH and 3 children, but OH may not be able to come and mum will come instead - so may need a name change) and noticed a bit that said it is your responsibility to ensure all passengers have a valid passport or other accepted photo id.

It's not been that warm here yet. It was cold and drizzly this morning, but dried up and got up to 22°C this afternoon. I love warm weather

I cut Charlotte's finger once when I was cutting her nails. She screamed and I felt really bad :o

She's started shouting "haaalllllooooooo" really loud at random people for some reason. It seems to make people smile though :D

:rotfl:Poppy does this too, especially in the Dr's Surgery - everyone going in and out is greeted with 'hello' or 'bye-bye'! :D
