i'd say a bit more to be on the safe side, seth has 180ml every 2 hours through the day but does go a bit longer at night so i guess it depends how she sleeps after 7.30?Mummy to

another stupid question from caz lol!
how much milk should i leave will be going out around 7.30 back approx 1 am, am not as organised as you lot as i never go anywhere so never really expressed! i have managed 100ml last night before bed and 100ml from one side today so far. will try another couple of times but do you think approx 400ml will be enough????
How long for does Erin normally feed for in the evening? Will she sleep quite alot of that time? Has she ever had formula in an emergency? Sorry loads of questions!! At the end of the day your only going to be out about 6 hours and that seems plenty to me, but I dont know how Erin feeds Im sure that will be fine thoughHope you enjoy your night out, You going anywhere nice?

I think the general rule is 1oz per hour, but depends on the baby. If it were me, I'd just leave as much as possible.

Hi Elle, pleased your trip went ok, did you take those pictures? Would love to see him again, bet he's looking v cute in his car seat!
Didnt end up going to asda last night It was far too hot so we went to the park, was lovely! Then had to get a chippy tea as hardly had any food in!
I will join you all in shedding the baby weight although Im feeling pretty pleased with myself, was in pre preg clothes the day I came home and have already dropped a dress size!So I celebrated and bought two dresses :rotfl:Oh and three pairs of shoes!
I think I need a whoops smiley! But I justified it to OH with barely wearing heels throughout pregnancy and not buying any!
I havnt found it too hard to drop the weight so far in all honesty my appetite has disappeared since having Lexi, and we have a little mini gym at home, bike, cross trainer, weights and a step, boxing bag and a few other bits! So have stuck back into that already and Its been really good!
Ok need to go and do something but not too sure what, should probably start nice and easy and do the washing :rotfl:
ETA Well done Feelie on going out, I have been out and about but really want to join a baby group as Im feeling a bit of a loner.....Hope your going to go again did you enjoy it?

FYI any weightloss groups need to be started on the health board please
link to it by all means though (might even join you! Although I have lost loads I'm still not quite pre-pregnancy weight and I'd actually love to loose a bit more than that if at all possible
but it's got to be through exercise and healthy eating - can't go starving myself whilst feeding the Roo obviously

No dieting for me! Seem to have lapsed back into binge eating, so I'm just focussing all my efforts on not lapsing into bulimia. Doctors advice when I mentioned it? You controlled it while pregnant, so just keep contolling it! Helpful.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Sorry the doctor wasnt very helpful Feelie, perhaps you would have a better response from your HV? Sorry I dont have any advice for you either, except I think everything you have done for Toby is brilliant and you should tell yourself that everyday x

Jo - if you're happy then there is absolutely nothing wrong with being larger than you were before the baby weight
I knew before getting pregnant though that I wanted to loose a bit of weight (I was a size 10 when I finished my A-levels and I then went up to a 16 over the years - I'd be delighted with a size 12 jeans though - the top half doesn't worry me as the boobage means I'll always be larger sizes up there lol)DFW Nerd #025DFW no more!
