The Medela Swing thingy - I've been thinking about getting a larger cup attachment - but then I'm a 34GG/H at the moment... Does that qualify as MAHOOSIVE? ;)
Also - need a spare middle bit for mine... the "elbow" section - anyone know if you can buy spares? (DH was "helpful" and sterilised it for me... instead of boiling for a few minuts I think he accidently gave it 15 minutes! now it has a crack in it :( still works though...)

Hurrah for feelie and AF :D

AF, is the other thing you are taking from your GP? The nurses/midwives here told me about two medications that I *might* be able to get - they're actually the drugs Rhys is on for his reflux and other things but if I were to take them apparently they have a side-effect of increasing milk supply. As it's only a side-effect and not the proper use, some GPs won't prescribe them, hence they told me to try Fenugreek first (plus it's a nightmare trying to get an appointment with my GP!).

Re: the Medela pump. I'm just using the standard one the hospital gave me.. I'm a 36DD at the minute and they seem to work alright. Much like MFD described :)

Rhys is doing well off breathing support - spent over two hours this morning breathing air, not even on any extra oxygen support :D

    Hope everyone's having a good day :)
