    AF - I have the medela swing and E cups (although I think they might be growing again!!) and sometimes there is a bit of milk underneath but not much usually. The soft cup 'sucks' at everything it covers I think so unless you are MAHOOSIVE then I would imagine it is fine. I usually tip the cup forward as I take it off and then give the rim a few flicks to make sure I don't lose any of my precious house white :D
