Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
thats the thiing i dont know i have the confidence to do it in public x

Searching - I've got PAGES and PAGES to catch up on so hope I'm not repeating but I was the same and still am (although I'll feed in a car etc) so when shopping in town I always used to go to Mothercare as they have a proper feeding lounge in most shops plus I am told a loo that accomodates pushchairs!! Otherwise its a case of finding a changing room thats not also a loo!

Annie - Welcome! We have a Tiny Love Gymni (a jungle one) which I got off ebay about 2 years ago. I swear it was the best money we spent. Lots of things to look at when lying on her back, v bright and stimulating, things to bang which set off music for tummy time. I've saved it and will use with LO #2 shortly but it was way better than anything else I've seen. HTH?

Think I first took LO out at about day 3/4 but the weather was awful and it was just for a short walk. Can't remember when I went out without her - not for ages.

It's not a competition though. When you're good and ready should be what you aim for...

Leaving work in 10 mnis, woohoo!!

I agree with you Lu, sorry if my prompt going out made it sound a bit, y'know, competitive :) I was more laughing at my need for strong coffee and storage solutions so soon after labour! And the urgent trip was my one thing I wasn't very well prepared for with a home birth, my aftercare! :o:D
