I have had an email from Bristol Trading Standards advising
DC Alistair QUINN at Bath CID is looking in to their activities and suggested I contact him. The number they gave me is for a fax machine though but when I have the right one I will post it.

good news RJJR, if you speak to him and if he needs any more documents from other people affected like the partnership contracts etc I can email them to him if required

No problem, it's probably worth everybody emailing him so that he understands the scale of the problem. I don't think I'm owed any money by Bradbury/Sunday but don't have any paperwork from them for 07/08 or 08/09. No Partnership accounts, expenses etc.

I've read other posts mentioning possible Police action and thought that information would be useful to you all. I don't think the Police will help me but I'm hoping they might provide a Crime Reference No. that I can pass to HMRC along with my Bank Statements or something.

Okay, I haven't had a response to my mail but it didn't bounce

I was given the email address by someone else who uses Bradbury but was also given the same name by Trading Standards. I've asked Phil Parkyn from Bristol Trading Standards for the correct telephone number so I'll post it for you hopefully on Monday.

My daughter is in the same situation as most of the posts I have seen. I have contacted the serious fraud squad in London and am awaiting their comments. If any one has an address/contact /whereabouts of any of the principal characters please email me and I will forward to the fraud squad.
