Hello people,
I am in the same situation.
I was in the partnership : McTiernan Teesdale
The compnay name is "willow meade"
Is there anyone have information/document that relates Sunday solution with willow meade?
Is there anyone have information about sunday solutions insurance ?
Please send it to me if oyu have any?
If I could find the insurance details, I might be able to claim the isurance for the money they own me. I have no other choice legally now.

Hello everyone,
Can someone provide a Police Crime No if there is one?
Also if there is a joint legal action being taken which legal firm is co-ordinating it.
Thank you0 -
Hi,
I've spoken to a legal advisor @ the professional contractors group today and he recommends that as many of us as possible get together and apply to put the company (s) in to liquidation. This way a Liquidator can be appointed to investigate what has happened to the funds. They owe me about £17k which I do not have when the taxman comes a calling!
Good idea?0 -
Hi,
Previously noted that police have been contacted and also legal advice taken.
Would really like to get into this group or is it to late and that a new group needs to formed?
Thank you0 -
Hi,
am also in the same situation, have £7000 being held by Bradbury but unable to get a response. Paid HMRC so that no further interest is added, can someone please add me to the group.
Thanks0 -
I have had a call from HMRC - the caller seemed a bit weary when I mentionsed Sunday solutions. She told me the accountants were Bradbury and Co.
I am very worried and have no idea what to do about it.
I used them for about one year or so.
I do not have the money myself - and I can not get through to Bradbury & Co - well I did one time and I was told that they would look into it
Does anyone know what the current situation is?0 -
I have found this thread by googling Sunday and Bradbury as I have some problems with my tax provision not being paid.
When I started getting the HMRC reminders, I contacted Bradbury who said they were having problems with the partnership's returns.
The tax returns were redone and I got a letter from Andrew Nyiri apologising and everything has been sorted!
I then got another tax remineder from the HMRC with a new balance and it still hasnt been paid.
I got a letter a few weeks ago and cannot get a hold of anyone in Bradbury or Sunday!
I think that a letter from the HMRC will be coming soon.
Also Bradbury & Sunday have quite a lot of my earnings from 2007-2008 withheld which was kept by them for my forthcoming tax bill!
Does anyone know what we can do? I have emailed a few groups with no response
thanks
(Partnership: McPherson McCabe)
also how can I leave this partnership, is it just a case of setting up my own ltd company and thats it?0 -
Hi, I have used sunday/bradbury for a year or more but when they renamed to Reed my agency (Spring) wouldnt rewrite my contract as they had suspisions, i therefore wrote a letter to sunday resigning my partnership with immediate, i did not get a reply. You can either set up as a ltd company or go through a bona fide umbrella company, as long as your agency has your end user details then no further payments will go to sunday. I have contacted the trading standards and written Bradbury another letter using recorded delivery. Would love to join an action group if one is on the go!0
