Has anyone actually spoken to DC Quinn or had a response from him?
Cheers0 -
Yes I received the agreement, and no, the numbers were not what I expected. Cost was about £4k more than expected, but Bradbury are not willing to give further details or breakdown.0

Hi guys, is any one of you in Bristol? Please PM or mail at sumanthkumar_s@hotmail.com. We could meet or talk thru this whole thing. I am not sure what I need to do when I receive anything back from them and also if any one could explain this whole thing about partnership would be great.0
-
All their email addresses have been deleted, only info@bradburyandco.com still works. The telephone number on the website has also been changed to a number that is not in use.0
-
There is now an online section on their website where you can approve your draft accounts (or not).0
-
Again has anyone had any contact with the police, as I have been unable to contact DC Alastair Quinn!!0
-
Yes we have. He is now well aware of the situation and is actively looking into it, so I think it is pointless for more people to bombard him with emails. He already knows how many people are affected, so no benefit in even further reports, unless you might have specific evidence that points to criminal activity.0

Hi Everyone
I have been making some enquiries as I am also in the same boat as everyone in the forum.
I have been told all the partnership accounts are held at the Barclays branch in Stoke Gifford near Bristol. Please ask for Alex - Telephone 0117 948 33 39. If you need to escalate please ask for Steven Parker.
I would also recommend you contact DC Alastair Quinn on 0845 456 7000. He has been on leave but should be back today.
Please write to watchdog@bbc.co.uk and the fraud team at companies house enquiry@cib.gsi.gov.uk.
I suggest everyone also contacts the agencies for your previous contracts as their accounts team will provide proof of the Bank account Bradley and Co used to receive your earnings.
Lastly, everyone has mentioned contacting a legal team. Has anyone done this? It would make sense if we all pull together and take Andrew Nyiri and his colleagues to a Court of Law.
By the way Andrew Nyiri is not a chartered accountant. I am sure the fraud team at Companies house would be interested to follow this up with ACCA or CIMA because he should not be allowed to open a practice if he is not chartered. If the Ombudsman find Bradbury and Co guilty and even if they go into liquidation the Financial Services Authority should be contacted for compensation.
I hope this helps and if anyone can provide me with updates to sort out this headache I would be grateful.0 -
Thanks Harp,
Have contacted DC Quinn, watchdog and the Fraud Team Companies House already. Will now contact Barclays!0
