What is the benefit in contacting Barclays? Your names will not be registered against those accounts, so surely they will simply refuse to give you any details about those accounts?0

I have heard from DC Quinn who has asked me to forward my full details. I have also heard from an accountant by the name of Hayes Tax offering to do my Tax return....on behalf of Bradbury and was the one who alerted me to the goings on with Sunday Solutions and Bradbury. Anybody else heard from these accountants and should I be concerned they have emailed me and have forwarded me an Invoice for 250pounds without me instructing them to carry on with the tax calculation? I dont have a final statement from Sunday Solutions so I am wondering how they will get this information. Have they contact with Bradbury??????0

Hi,
I just like to add I'm another person to add to the list that have been caught be Sunday/Bradbury. As they only been collecting my tax money for the year 08/09 in the eyes of the HRMC they haven't done anything wrong yet as they have until 31st January 2010 to submit the on-line self assessment.
I've heard that people are receiving their tax money back so I'm waiting and hoping for the funds to be given back to me, over £10k.
I have been trying for the last 2 months to get hold of them but nothing yet.
I've noticed for the creditgate.com website the Legal Status is set to Striking off Notice what does that mean!?
I'm going to keep watching this thread with anticipation!0 -
Hi Radeil
If I've learnt anything about this fiasco is not to go into business with anyone who cold calls you. How did you find Hayes Tax? Did you find them or did they find you? You should ask for details about their company. Look them up in companies house via their company registration number, then have a look at their directors (and post them here!). I suspect that one of their directors names might be familiar to us...
Ask them if they have any affiliation with Ewan Hayes, who is an accountant at Bradbury and Co.0 -
Please be warned :-
Many of you who were with Sunday/Bradbury will be approached for joining some newly formed Partenership. Please be very careful. I've been approached by few already. I came to know (thanks to someone in the forum) one of them worked for Sunday !!!0 -
First of all, I am not sure why Bradbury would share our data with any other companies. Are they all interlinked and trying to get more out of us? I have also received an email from Ewan Hayes asking to pay 250 pounds to do accounts, which I dont know why do we have to pay some one when Bradbury have agreed to do our accounts! Any one has any thoughts on this?
notquite, do you know their address? I live in Bristol, can check out if their office still exists.0 -
Has anything come of the communications with the BBC or the Police? i did contact AS police my details were taken but that was it. i'm guessing that was 2 months ago.0

talk about breach of privacy!
You have published this fellow Ewan Hayes's details so I called him to check this out. I guess that you did not bother. I explained what you had done and where i got my information from.
According to this guy Ewan Hayes he was originally given access to some data by Andrew Nyiri a director of Bradbury and Co Limited, he was a free agent in this and was not asked to sign any confidentiality agreements, as were 2 others but then others in the Sunday Solutions set up stepped in and jumped on Mr Nyiri.
It appears that they are worried. They stopped the setting up of a deal.
They threatened Mr Hayes with legal action, according to him.
The two others gave up.
It looks like Hayes has been treated to the run around by the people behind this scheme.
He spent time trying to sort out a deal. He has lost money thanks to them.
Having been a contractor previously trying to help people earlier this year, he realised that there was a problem that was not being solved.
O K he is an accountant so he has to charge.
After speaking with this guy I did not find that the accusations made were very fair. I reread what his letter said and he does say he is independent and not associated with Bradbury and he is not. It really is not fair to tar him with the same brush as that other bunch without at least talking to the guy.

When is the last time anyone had any kind of communication from Bradbury?0
