she is now charging me double the postage of what it cost to send the item to her??!! and says i must pay that and the refund BEFORE she will send it.

she says she knows its fake as the company is german and the inside of the bag is wrong (she is german)

now what do i do?

i dont want to be a push over but i dont want to be taken for a ride and im getting angry and dont want to loose my ebay account or anything.

i feel like a bloody six year old and could cry. i really dont need anymore !!!! in my life

how do i contact ebay? do i escilate the claim myself through paypal?

I'd be tempted to contact Ebay and ask them what the rules are re theat kind of issue... and copy any response from them to her, offering her whatever they say is reasonable...i mean you know what it cost to send, so it shouldn't cost her much more... german mail isn't going to be that much more expensive!

im pretty much going to have to refund her and be out of pocket for her posting the item back. should she be covering that cost if she is not happy?

if i was returning an item i would be paying the postage.
