My little scrote, is on a holiday activity course. and is also in the Pre-Course "Fun Club" from 8.00am - 10.00am.

Only he dosent think its fun, he thinks its really boring and dosent want to be there. So I asked him very nicely just to put up with it for a couple more days. He won't have to go again its only while his Grandma and Grandad are away.

Mike recognises weakness in anyone from 100 miles, he dosent push boundaries, He starts out at the furthest possible point and you have to drag him back in kicking and screaming. He responds to strong discipline and any namby pampy, "oh don't do that Michael" he walks all over them.

Well they are just too nice, won't give him a bollock!ing, and ended up ringing me to tell me that he was "misbehaving".

He's one of those kids, bags of personality, never sits still, has an answer to everything, but he isn't easy to manage - everyone who comes into contact with him either loves him or hates him, some of his teachers dote on him, others have dreaded him being in their class. His swimming coach thinks he is wonderful, as does his football coach. He has been kicked out of a basketball club and also the after school club because of his "disruptive" and "disobedient" behaviour.

But he is so loving, and caring he is very difficult to stay mad at, and he gets so upset if he knows he has hurt your feelings.

A lot of that sounds just like Erin..... especially the bold bits.

Hi Spud, everyones on different plans, so the 100% is just 100% of whatever your own plan is even if its healthy eating with no CD at all.

The "allowing" eating thing I was talking about is only if you are an SSer.

So no, you arn't allowed to drop out that easily missy....... just because you are going to a BBQ, you've got me tutting now:rotfl:.
You keep up all the good work you have done so far.

I think everyone in this place must think I'm going nuts with the amount of smiling and other funny faces I pull at the computer.....

That's OK then. I just worried you were all doing SS, which I dont think I would want to go back to.

    Now stop tutting :D

    ebay fiasco update

she seem unwilling to budge :
    ''Are you kidding me?
It´s absolute not aloud to sell FAKES on ebay!
Please refund my money as soon as possible.''

i have said that i would refund her as soon as she returns the item and this is the only response

maybe i should just refund her but the she has my item and her money. is that even allowed???
If you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:

Alf, I would reply to her that you were not aware this was a counterfeit item, and are not able to verify whether it is or it isn't whilst it is still in her possession. You are more than happy to refund the money for the item but must insist on the item being returned as it is also important for you to have the authenticity of the item checked.

You are concerned about the fact that the goods may be counterfeit and will discuss this with ebay as you have placed the item for sale in good faith, and have also offered a full refund in good faith yet your customer seems to want to keep the goods and the refund.

It might help if she thinks you aren't a pushover. And you are happy to report what has happened to ebay so you aren't bothered that you may have done something wrong.

Have you looked at her comments, any negative feedback?

I'm pretty sure if you contacted ebay, they'll look at your record and see you are not in the habit of selling handbags, sportswear or anything that could make you a trafficker for counterfeit goods... chances are they would ask her to resend it to you, and accept your offers of postage refunds etc....

You sold an item in good faith, it was a gift and you can't account for it's origins, i'm sure they would understand....

Was it chloe? i have a nice "chloe" from bangkok.....
