i am so mad. I have sold an item on ebay.
It had a lable on it and was brand new so i sold it as such. i never vouched for it guininity (is tha even a word) as i did not know wether it was or was not. its a leather item and is good quality and i stated that it was leather.
It did not sell for much nor did i price it high now the buyer has launched a dispute against me because she claimes its fake.
I described the item as its colour, its size, its material and as the name on the item
where did i go wrong with my description? im really cross now i feel that this buyer is taking the !!!! and have stated that if she wishes a refund i want the bl**dy item back
why bother selling on ebay no one is ever happy all they want is a free itemIf you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:0 -
Alpha ~ :grouphug: Nevermind, just put it behind you and have a 100% day today. Funny enough Cd has had a strange effect on my totm  Had one at the beginning for 11days and now nothing... dont know if I want them regular after having none for years
Spud ~ No dropping out hun, as long as you are a 100% whatever you are in :j I mean even if you were on 100% choclate diet you could still have some of Duncans famous claps :rotfl: Are you back on your treddy yet after your injury?
Maz ~ Ohhh I never know Erin wasnt planned ~ shes an angel bet you couldnt live life without her now ehDid you want chioldren anyway or what it a total shock?
Btw thought I would let you know I have been taking psyllium husks tablets since wednesday night and they are fab in the toilet department... well so far. I know the pure husks that you can have in your drinks are allowed but I am unsure about these with tje added stuff fo make it into a tabletBut in fairness I dont care if they slow my weightloss down as ling as I am not in agony. Havnt tested for ketones since Sunday night so I will test this Sunday as see if they have kicked me out of ketosis or not
Anyways thought I would share that as its random and so CD :rotfl:
Oha nd I hope you dont mind me doing my daily quote thingie... it really helps focus me when I read some quotes that so fit this journey. Also I found this posted on the dfw chat which is fabby too :j0 -

Alpha ask her to return the item in the same condidtion she recieved it and you will refund the cost of the item + her original postage costs. Unless its recieved back you wont refund. Thats what I usually do. If you need more advice ask on the ebay board, they are fab on there0 -

There are a lot of warnings to buyers on ebay to check whether something is genuine or not. Particularly when you consider price. I buy Radley bags and am very careful to scrutinise the photos carefully. Buyers own risk.
I bought some Links of London Jewellery, of course it was bloody fake, it cost me £8 a bracelet instead of £190. It came with boxes and even paper bags. (Great pressies!)
But if it isn't the genuine article they could get you into trouble, it isn't quite lawful to trade in counterfeit goods.
I would suggest that you tell them as this was an unwanted gift, you have no idea as to whether it is "genuine" or not. But if they feel that the quality of the product is not as expected and the price paid does not reflect the quality of the product then they should return the item and you will arrange a refund on receipt.
Its not worth fighting the dispute Alf, however much you want to.0 -
So i could get into trouble. great. have now done what you suggested as well duncIf you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:0 -

hey Pap, yes Erin was certainly not planned at all... i was living the single life at the time, although Big G and i had been together 7 years at the time, we were having some trouble and had split up... we still "saw" one another from time to time (booty call anyone??!) hence the accidental nature of her conception.
In the end she was a blessing though cause it made us realise we wanted to be a family, had erin, left the city moved to the village and the rest is history... all that's missing is a ring and a white dress, but you can't have everything can you!?
glad to hear you're feeling better and husks are working for you...!
and everyone loves a quote of the day!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
