  • Bounce, whoop whoop on your loss :j :j

Caz, Whoop whoop on your loss :j :j

Duncan, whoop whoop on your loss :j :j

Maz ~ Oh my word your whole shape has changed  You look like a new person and you look much more gourgous now and your curves are to die for. You are fab :T

Ok I have fallen off the waggon... 29days @ 100% too  Ok so I left for work at 7am this morning, I got my tetra out of the fridge and as I arrived at work I realised I had left it on the sofa  So facing a 9 hours shift I knew I had to eat something. So I had 3 pork sausages at 8am  then while at work I must have had about 10 small chips while working ~ and I never pick at work ever! Of course I was then going to come home and have my two shakes... instead I had 3 jaffa cakes and 5 celebration chocolates :o

Opps... however onto my next 29days. So what if I have put on a couple of pounds these things happen I am not going to dwell on it and I am going to move on :T

    Back on the waggon :rotfl:

    Hi there

I really hate to post this but I have been sh*te and nowhere near my challenge of 5 days, I am totally ashamed. However, I have just been reading a book that was recommended on here and I have to say I am gobsmacked with the sense it has made, I have shoved my face with all manner of rubbish with the excuse that the kids are home and its half term and I will start on Monday blah blah.

I have got not only the T shirt, the handbag and the matching scarf.

I am happy to report that I am feeling quite confident after embarking on my new book, I have read over half already in a few hours, it really makes sense, and I am no longer reaching for the chocolate ice creams this evening, in fact I dont even want one!

So bad news, followed by good news. Please be gentle with me folks I appear to have seen the error of my ways

    K x
  • Hey K dont worry, get back on the wagon with me tommorow ~ no more treats tonight though ;) I would love to know what the book is though :P

I cant believe I dont want any treats actually, my freezer is ahem choc full. I really really dont want any! Nor am I going to have the chilled pina colada in my fridge bought for tonight especially (worrying)

The book is Slim for Life by Jason Vale - I was skeptical, I have read lots of these books and they are 99% a crock of you know what, but this, refreshingly, isnt. I have sat there reading saying aloud "oh yeah ! never thought of that" quite a lot today.

I have it in me to do this diet and do it well I just needed the on switch flicking back on and I am beginning to think it has, I really hope so....

Good luck, the diet doesnt start Monday, it starts tomorrow woot

    K x
  • Thanks K ~ 100% tommorow :j
