Well I would kill for a lager now. Havent stopped all day, that garage was hard work, still got some bits to do, but done the most of it. Sitting down with my bottle of Strathmore now.
Tastes like sparkly water to me.;)

Got that carried away didnt know what the time was, Poor Son kept coming in telling me he was hungry, I thought it was about 6 it was 8, god i'm a terrible mother.

Here is a question for all you girls. Im sorry if tmi!

came off depo because it did all sorts of nasty things to me and last jab was 9mnths ago!! i have been spoting and bleeding for 3mnths now. THREE. without stop. without any hint it will stop anytime soon.

My romantic life is pretty much ruined as i dont feel attractive and often when we do the dirty is just makes me bleed even more so now i am even going off ***
my poor mrA i dont think he quite knows what to do with himself. we chose not to let a little blood bother us in the beginning when we realised it wasnt letting up. (its not heavy but its def there) but its bothering me therefor us now.

do i go to the docs? (this seemed to have started alongside CD) and risk being put on more drugs that could screw me further or do i ride it out? its often accompanied by cramps and i see clots wuite frequently. the cramps can be anything for sore lower back to excruciating knife pains

My cycle and stuff changed a lot through CD, it started at one end of the month and now is at the other and changes but I dont have any other problems with it apart from it sucks in general.

I would go to the Drs you shouldnt have to put up with it, I think he will say just wait for it to settle down, I dont think CD causes the problems you are having but it does mess up the timing, I found the lighter I am the more manageable it is in fact.

Have you thought about an IUD ? They are very good, the one I have is hormone free so it is just a little device that you never know is there, no pains, no worries apart from TOTM. It also allows a complete return to fertility as soon as its out (I know this for fact lol)

I couldnt agree more which is why I went for the IUD as it has no chemicals or nasties in, I was sick of the pill etc and not knowing what was really in it or what effect it was having. I dont like the idea of a depo at all but some people are fine with them, my friend has one and she really rates hers but it aint for me

I had dicounted those because ive read it can make heavy totm even heavier? is that true? Ill def chat with the docs about an iud and the spotting, if his only solution is more drugs i will just ride it out.

I would say the first one or two are nasty but no intermittent stuff and its no worse than anything you have already been through. After that its fine, there are a few about so if one doesnt agree you can switch to another

k, sorry work all day again today. Forgot my shake because we got up late :mad: Managed to get all the way through to the end without cheating though. Got home and just had two shakes (not in quick succesion though) and will have my final one really late tonight
