    Hi All,

I have been having a read through and looks like everyone is doing well. Great pics Maz, you are looking so good! A real inspiration to keep going.

I've not been online this week, as been enjoying a week off with just my dh. My dd has been away with her Grandma to Eurodisney, so been just the 2 of us again, which has been lovely but very odd (and quiet)!

Have eaten 4 meals this week as my week 12 810 week - not so much 810 though! Had a shake for breakfast and lunch every day and then............

    FOOD MENTIONED BELOW!!

Tuesday night we stayed in a spa outside Huddersfield, so fairly healthy food - garlic mushrooms (not oily though), then a feta/spinach filo tartlet (did not eat pastry) and green salad. Went to the gym on the Tuesday and Wednesday at the spa.

Wednesday night was Chinese and back episodes of Heroes. Had beansprouts, spicy vegetables and sweet and sour tofu (I'm a vegetarian). Was absolutely delicious and did not eat as much as normal!

Thursday night met a friend at Pizza Express. Had a veggie Leggera pizza (centre of pizza is replaced with salad) Less than 500 cals, but it finally kicked me out of Ketosis.

    Friday back at gym again!

Yesterday my dd came home so took her to Pizza Hut and was going to be good and just have salad bar, but ended up having 2 slices of veggie pizza as well - not entirely sure why, as did not even enjoy it that much. Also had a garlic craving and had some houmous on the salad - yum, but not good!

So that was my week off, still not back in ketosis and could eat a scabby horse this eve. Weigh in tomorrow, really hoping to sts, but might be a small gain. Will be fairly gutted as only eaten 4 meals!

Back on SS - wish me luck!

Will update you after weigh in.

    evening all......

weigh in tonight and have gained a pound this week, which as expected really due to this heavy period and am hoping to lose a decent amount next week to make up for it...

    Pah!

on a positive note i was 100& yesterday again sue..

but have just had chicken satay skewers and prawn crackers so not 100% today sorry!!!

Alf - when you had your time off CD for the wedding etc, did it alter your cycle at all?

Maz - only 1lb gain, not bad at all and sounds like you are having a nightmare period.
Chicken skewers and prawn crackers - could be alot worse.

Keep with it and next week will be a great one.

    Hi all,
Can I join in 100% please? Decided to start again on saturday - did not go that well as in the evening we had a bbq and I had a chicken skewer and half a glass of wine. I know not that much but day 1 effectively? It is the time I stuggle with most as I love to be with the family and eating together outside! However have been 100% today and must get to bed quick so can't spoil that.

Maz - those pictures must make you so proud of yourself - and you are fit too with all the running!:A

Dunc - these light nights are lovely but I too start something to be interupted by plaintive voices saying when are we going to eat?

Hope everyone else has a good start to the week. My OH away lots so cooking to do - fingers crossed.

    Hi everyone,

So nice to hear everyone's stories and how everyone is getting on.....

I'm firmly back on track after my post weigh in meal l ast night..

had a long talk with my CDC, explained to her some of my issues with her way of working. Kinda made it that my issues were with the rules rather than her, but still couldn't get her to be more flexible.

she said it was entirely up to me and if i was happy "at this size" then maybe it was time to start working up the plans now. Yes, she did say, "at this size", and i was kinda shocked TBH... i said to her, if i'd thought when i started in January i was going to get to within a few lbs of 12stone and a size 14 off the peg in any shop, i would have been ecstatic.... so it's kinda made me realise that i might actually be nearer the end of the journey than i realised.......

I'm going to carry on 100% until i get below 12stone then i'm gonna be beginning maintainence, so hopefully next weekend? who knows?!

There will be no more "doing a maz" and eating something delish after weigh in, as there is no need when on a foodie plan...

no more unattainable 10.5stone aims for me, i think it was just getting me down! i mean i've never been slim, and i can see why someone who was slim before in their adult life wants to get back into their size 10's and 10stone, but i never was, never have been and doubt i ever will!

So please girls! help me stay focused and get below 12 stone and onto the maintainence plan.... and i should be finished with the CDC by end of this month! yay!
