Cheers Alphacutie, you're always on hand with some motivational advice. Might jump on the old fitness bike and get my generously styled derriere moving. How's the writing coming? x

Do it! walk to work thats a great one :D

the rest of us struggle just keep trying :P

The writing is going great, knakering but great i am still scribbling in my note book but i have a structure and am busy scribbling chapter 4!!! yay me! 4 chapters in two weeks. wow. anyhoo its the typing and expanding and editing that will be the killer.
I worry i am just talking garbage mot of the time but will have both a very well know professional sign off on it and have it rad by someone who knows nothing and have them ok it too as it needs to be readable to those that dont know the profession because thats who its for.

  • Those of you who are struggaling please take one day at a time... even minute by minute :D We will all get there together. Its not a race its a journey and we will all be there helping you all along :j

Anyways I am having a semi bad day. My meal last night was amazing. It was only plain chicken and two veg but it was the best meal I had ever had. No more gravy and lashings of mint sauce, no it was all natural flavours and it was fab. So today I have been 100% however I am having some more trouble involved with the little girls room :rotfl: So I am going to gather together some pennys tommorow and go and grab some 'aids' that have been mentioned on minimins :)

Have a great day tommorow all :j

Oh Dear, we all seem to be losing the plot a little don't we.

I think a lot of it is the bank holiday, you sort of feel like you should be enjoying yourself and not starving, and having a treat. Thats how I felt anyway.

Anyone got any suggestions for a bit of a pick me up and get me going type thing we can do between us all?

How about a 5 day challenge? Its Wednesday Morning, so 5 days would take us all up to Sunday night, and at least get us through a weekend, so whatever plan you are on you have to stick to it 100% up to midnight on Sunday, even if you are just healthy eating.

And a forfeight (sp?) theres a few people here doing runs for charity - if you fail you have to make a donation to one of them, (or all!)

Anyone fancy signing up for it?

    Sue - I'm in...!

I promise to be 100% between now and sunday night.

I was bad last night and got involved in a garlic cheese bread.... and because i'd had something so savoury, afterwards i wanted something sweet so had 2 choc digestives.... I'm disgusted. so not like me to cheat midweek..... i was soooo good at work. i blame big G, he bought it.... well he bought 2 actually and he said "och, cook them both, Erin will have some" I said if there is left over i will want it, cause it looks delish" He said "Well have a bit" so i did... i had half a pizza bread!!!

I'm very up for 5 days 100% til sunday after weigh in at least.

My forfeit - to be decided......

    spud - what's the damage?

Great Maz, so thats 2 of us, Spud how about you?

Don't panic too much about the weight, I put on 8lbs in my ten days off plan, lost 6 of them after 1 day of SS 100% then lost another 3 by my next WI, important thing is to get straight back on track, don't use it as an excuse to think f*!k it and keep eating.

Not been good at all Maz. Every time we've eaten, I have sat and thought about what was in front of me, but eaten it anyway. We're all on holiday from school/work, so maybe it's just a bad time to come off CD :o
