All promise that we are going 100% on our respective plans for the next 5 days. I'll do an update each day so you will need to let me know you have completed your days sucessfully, (or not - but we aren't having not are we!) Then on Monday will post the grand final results.
I know this will help me stay my hand, or mouth for that matter so just think twice before you reach for that little nibble in the fridge, heres to Monday when we can all celebrate:beer:with some more water of course.0 -
The good news is that my hip seems to be better, so I can exercise again :TIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Isn't that really crap. No wonder my losses are so awful.
I will have to up the ante,
I Sue, will promise faithfully to stick 100% to the end of the day on Friday 22nd May. Otherwise I will pay my diet buddies £ for Every time I cheat.
There you go, have to be good now;)
It definitely worked for me, a couple of times I almost reached for a bit of ham, or to finish off Mikes tea, but held back because I knew I had promised. Didn't promise for the weekend, I just knew I would have a problem and that we would end up out somewhere. Maybe thats the problem and I should have done.0
