Hey Sue count me in for your 5 day challenge.
Feeling soooooooooooooo stressed at the moment with trying to sort out our move. We are moving in with my parents until we emigrate in August (why??!!) and our house contents get packed and shipped in 3 weeks and everything is just so blumin hard. Unfortunately when i'm stressed i eat:(
I keep cracking before i get into ketosis so i constantly feel hungry but i know i only have to struggle for a couple more days then "hello ketosis"0 -

All promise that we are going 100% on our respective plans for the next 5 days. I'll do an update each day so you will need to let me know you have completed your days sucessfully, (or not - but we aren't having not are we!) Then on Monday will post the grand final results.

No Spud, I'm going to be strict:mad:;).
If we let you off today, you will carry on being bad. Best to start now, this instant.
If you promise to start from now, I'll let you have a completed day 1 happy clappy smilie tomorrow.
If not you will get an angry face grumbly unsmiley.0 -

It can be even more difficult when you are too busy to stay on track, you sort of rush around don't plan your mealtimes, leave your pack too late until you are starving and are too tired to stop for a minute and think about what you are doing and just think f*!k it and shove something in your mouth and then something else because you have already blown it, and then think oh I might as well get rid of that chocolate craving I've had for three days, and remeber how much I wanted Pizza, I should have it now before I go back on plan.
Sorry got carried away there, but that is exactly what I do to myself:o.
Just try for the next 5 days and take it from there, but try and make sure you have your packs regularly even when you are stressed and busy. Having a sit down with your shake and water might even give you time to make a bit of a list or something and help plan what you have left to do so it dosent feel quite so stressful all the time.0 -

As you start losing the weight I think it does make you feel a bit more confident, you sort of walk taller and feel better about yourself.
And it is nice if you do get chatted up, makes everyone feel a bit special. Dosent mean you are planning on running off with the first person you come across though.
I suppose it is a pretty genuine concern when you think about it, for them, I mean. We know it dosent mean we are interested in anyone else, but sometimes these poor guys may need a little reassurance.
Especially if they are resorting to sabatage.........0 -

Hi all. I think we all know how bloody hard it is to stick to it 100% and I feel a bit of a fraud coming on here now eating my 1000 cals a day, but it helps me to stay on track and not become a blob again and I really want to see you girls get to target so KEEP TRYING.
Weigh in today, lost 1 1/4 lb. How did that Fox do or have I skipped past her result?
Come on Spud. Don't think about the gain, today is the first day of the rest of your life and you CAN DO THIS. You will be that little french fry xxSlimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb
