No ££££'s for you Maz, promised to end of Friday, actually lasted up to 6.00pm on Sunday when we arrived at the restaurant. Not even a drop of milk in my tea!!

It definitely worked for me, a couple of times I almost reached for a bit of ham, or to finish off Mikes tea, but held back because I knew I had promised. Didn't promise for the weekend, I just knew I would have a problem and that we would end up out somewhere. Maybe thats the problem and I should have done.

oh well, worth a try! lol!!!

Weekends are a problem for me too, that's why it worked changing my weigh in to sunday evening...

usually thru the week is less of an issue for me, but last night there was just too much cooked and that was the downfall....

    that will not happen again....

i know i'm responsible for myself, but little bit of me is pee'd off at Big G for encouraging me and for telling me to cook it all, knowing full well i would be tempted... As i say i'm responsible for what goes in my mouth and for the reasons why i shouldn't have these things but i need to be monitored and encouraged to be good by others... he shouldn't have let me have any...

I should be extra motivated as yesterday and today i have been wearing a knock out size 14 skirt that i got a while ago in charity shop... it looks great but there's not really any room to expand in it, so i need to stay focused on the clothes and finish this journey...

Big G pulled my size 16 jeans down last night without unbottoning them... for a laugh i add,not in a sexy way! While i was doing dishes at kitchen window! (They were the ones i made a big hoo hah about getting fastened but it was muffin top central, remember?)

These things are motivations that you need to remember when you next reach for the digestives, marion!!!

Oooooh, sorry folks went off on one there, talking to myself!!! sunday name and everything, lol!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

I know what you mean Maz, I was pee'd off that my hubby sent me to Asda, I had food for Mike, so it was only stuff for him that we needed and he didn't even know exactly what he wanted so I had to browse.

And I love that I can take my 16 jeans off without unbuttoning them!!!

I hate waste, and really struggle when you can see that the food is just going to go to waste, especially meat.
I'm not a veggie and don't think I would ever be, but I have always had this thing that if the animal has died for you, you should at least make the effort to eat it.

I'm beginning to wonder if there's a bit of sabotage going on here. Somebody was feeling very insecure when I lost the weight, and suddenly the house is crammed full of all my favourite naughtiness :o
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Arrh Spud I hear you. My hubby gets a little green eyed when he suddenly notices its working.
He's off to Wembly on Saturday and on his return is planning on jumping back on the plan, you rise above it Spud.
For the next 5 days you will be named and shamed so stay on track and run and tell us how well you have done every time you avoided temptation.
On a more practical level. Hide it. If its fridge food stick it in an opaque tub or in the drawer. If its larder food put it in a tin on a high shelf. Better still ask Mr. Spud to hide it so you won't be tempted.
