    Evening fans.

Well, it's not good news on the Bouncy front. After all my crap on saturday about how determined i was about losing this week as i put on half a lb last week, i went mad over the weekend. Was boozing on sat night and had a couple of slices of pizza on sunday. What i plonker i feel now. Especially as i'm still not back into ketosis yet. Ah well, got what i deserved! Bought some peestix for a fiver outta Boots today so i can keep an eye on it. Guess i just felt like giving up after almost killing myself for a week then gaining. It's a horrible feeling. :(
    Don't disown me please!! x x

I started last week and then have been baaad all weekend and this week too as I am at home with the kids and going round to MIL all the time for massive meals :( am so ashamed but I promise I wont go round as of Thursday and will be 100% from then on. Dont give up, we all fall down but the only way is back up again.

Cheers Alphacutie, you're always on hand with some motivational advice. Might jump on the old fitness bike and get my generously styled derriere moving. How's the writing coming? x

Thanks chickadee, i only feel bad cos i said to Snags at the weekend that we would be 100% this week and we would do it together. Feel like a let-down. I didn't wanna come on and tell you guys but i know it pays to be totally honest on here. It is why we're all here after all. x x

  • moan all you like :) exercise is really good as it stops you eating as you cant run with a burger in your mouth - well i think you could but think of the mess of your clothes :) and you burn a few calories and it does stop you (a little) from eating as you have been good. can you not steal someone elses poochie or go with a friend or someone? find an exercise buddy or join a swimming class or fitness class?

    hope that helps xxx

You're always helpful man! Gotta be honest though, i'm now having visions of running down the street with a stolen dog in my arms and a burger in my mouth! hehe, sorry random. :rotfl:
It's a good 45 minute walk to work so might get the tunes banging and walk in tomorrow. x x x
