Goldy ~ Are you finding it hard having food now? Or ae you sticking 100% to plan? Well done on your losses though... never go back :D
Shoes ~ Well done on your fist day. My worst day was day 4 but everyone is different. As long as you keep going you will be fine ~ one week at a time.
Maz ~ Way to go on your running ~ super speedy. I thought you weigh in on Saturdays  Anyways fingers crossed.

Well I did 3lb so great considering I was planning for 2 :j On my own now for two weeks so I am hoping for a big loss in two weeks time. Maybe 6lb? Anyways, keep slurping those shakes and guggling the water :T

Hey guys, a 2lb loss to report which is pretty good all things considered..

Always a sunday for me now pap...

Pap, i reckon 6lbs in 2 weeks going it alone is pretty conservative guess... 3lbs this week!? You go girl!

    Morning all

Well yesterday was my first day on CD and it was absolutely fine!

I am allowed 4 packets a day so I had apple and cinnamon porridge (nice), chocolate mint shake (nice), cappucino shake (too sickly but managed it) and broccoli and cheese soup (nasty fake stilton flavour). and 4 litres of water which was a lot easier than I ahd expected.

I also had 4 litres of water. No headaches or dizziness of nausea or anything else that I was told might happen in first 5 days ish so that's good news for me.

Have made LL (latino loverboy- my OH) hide the scales otherwise I would be jumping on them every second.

My cupboards are full of crisps, chocolates, sweets, gnocchi, pasata, cheese, mayo, pastries and I'm not feeling in the slightest bit tempted. I also went for Chinese with LL yesterday and just had a sparkling water.

It's like something has finally clicked and I know that this is the time it actually had to happen.

So today, just a litre of water so far. I'm finding it helpful to have that as soon as I get up so that's a quarter of it out the way.

Very excited about first weigh in!

Ho ho - nobody told you about the evil broccoli and cheese then. Warmed up puke? Mmm

Ha ha no! I thought- get one of every flavour to see so who knows what other delights are in store for me this week. Had plain porridge today- nice. Banana shake- nice. SUpposed to have 2 more sachets- 1 shake and 1 soup but I really don't feel like having anything.

Tired and headachey so wrapped up in bed

i didn't do a proper add a meal week... i agreed as i'd had some regular cheats i didn't need to add a meal per se..... and CDC doesn't know the half of it!

Another stone or so... maybe 1.5, will work it out nearer the time.

  • Happy Bank Holiday All :j Quiet on here today.... Maz, well good luck... not far left :D

Well today I have planned to have a ss+ day. I really want to have a meal so I have decided to have a ss+ meal tonight. I know you are supposed to do a week of ss+ and not just odd days but this will be one day and then 100% ss from tommorow till weigh in. It is a semi cheat but I would rather have something to eat within CD than just eat whatever :D

Have a great day all :j

    Afternoon all

Confession! I got on the scales this morning. I had to- just couldn't resist the temptation. Made LL hide them then made him get them back out :rotfl:

ANyway- they are hidden from me now and I am not allowed to look. I have lost 4lbs in 2 days.

Today I'm on day three. Struggling a bit. Managed 2 litres of water but really feeling the need for some solid food. Had apple and cinnamon porridge for breakfast, oriental chilli soup (love it) then spicy tomato soup (love it). Which means I have only 1 shake for later and 2 litres of water left.

Just willing the time away. I can't wait for Friday- my first week's weigh-in...
