Mrs T, I don't have "magic" answers, but I made a promise to send everyone on here a £1 and a personal letter apolgising for leting everyone down.

It did the trick - 5 dys on the run 100%.

I did get tempted a few times, but then thought I didn't want to have to own up and making the effort to get everyones addresses and write the letters and send the £1's. It worked for me. I'm not a very good liar, and I do keep promises so would have to do it or I'd feel dreadful. I can let myself down but not other people.

Hey - Paul McKenna is on at the moment on living, will be on at the beginning at 9.00 on living +1.

I've done his program before and it was actually very good. Did manage to lose about a stone.
Its not just about eating less, a lot of it is to do with improving your general self belief
Its another one I sort off fell of the wagon with, but do highly rate it, (his voice started getting on my nerves every night going to bed though:o)

It wasn't very good - a bit too happy clappy for me, but the plan is quite good

    Hi all

I started Cambridge this morning! Met my counsellor last night, he's hardcore. He's on the website as a featured counsellor so I picked him!

I'm 5ft2 and my start weight is 13st6. My target is 8st7.

So far I've only tried the porridge with apple and cinnamon which was ok. Had 1.5 litres of water. Got 2.5litres left to do today.

    So...hi :hello:

    Love Shoesxx

Hello Shoes! Welcome to the partaaaaay!!

Bad news dudes. I put on half a pound. W T actual F?????

I cried all the way home. Must've been that half burger last weekend. I'm staying on the wagon however. Target for this week is 4lbs. I'm feeling murderous though....

Awwwww Bounce, try not to get too disheartened - half a pound is nothing, I bet you'll have a good loss this coming week. Well done for being determined to stick to it. :T

I am truly rubbish, the kids had quorn nuggets, oven chips and sweetcorn for tea (just call me Nigella ) and I ate about 6 chips and a nugget. Gah gah gah gah gah!!! :wall:

    I have no willpower. :o

Thanks Snagpuss, yup CDC said it was just water and that i'll dump it this week. Don't worry about the nuggets love, how about this week you and i really go for it? Another crappy loss this week or no loss at all is really not an option. Ok? x x
